Ordered mug it came damaged messaged and have sent multiple messages on here was told i was getting a replacement and have never received it. the worst customer service iv ever experienced. ignoring your customers is a shocking way to run a business. The owner responded to me on a live and was apologetic but nothing. This was a gift for my mum
