We currently do not accept refunds on personalised items.
Items which do not require personalisation, can be returned within 7 days of receiving. postage must be covered by the customer.
refunds can take up to 7 days to process back to the payment method you originally paid with,
All queries to be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Must be in a resealable condition (unopened, un used and in its original packaging)
Return Postage charge is buyers own responsibility, we do not offer free returns at this time.
