How long is processing and shipping of a personalised item?
Personalised Items take between 7-10 working days due to the processing and creating of each unique piece.
Shipping is then completed after this time, however please allow further time at busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day Etc.
What are my shipping options?
DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY (after dispatch) please download the DPD app to receive tracking/ and information for your parcel!
Do you accept returns?
We do not currently offer refunds or returns as each item is personalised with names and details therefore we cannot re-sell unwanted items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Laybuy, Klarna and Clearpay
