As every item is personalised with names, dates and ages we cannot accept any returns as we are unable to sell on personalised items.
However, if you receive your item and it is faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake, we are prepared to offer a refund. If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com
Please Note. We ask you to re-over any personalisations you write in the checkout section of your order. We cannot refund be held responsible for any names or details wrong due to the details you have wrongly provided.
