Any personalised items including names, dates and ages we cannot accept any returns as we are unable to sell on personalised items.
However, if you receive your item and it is faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake, we are prepared to offer alternative solutions/ replacements or we may ask you to kindly return to rectify. If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com
All queries to be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Parcels Must be in a resealable condition (unopened, un used and in its original packaging)
Return Postage charge is buyers own responsibility, we do not offer free returns at this time.
